Large infrastructure design and construction work is carried out through SINA, the Group’s engineering company, and through ITINERA, a global player in the construction of transport infrastructure (roads, motorways, railways, subways, bridges, viaducts, tunnels) and civil construction projects (hospitals, large shopping centres, airports). ITINERA also has a presence in the US market through Halmar International, one of the leading companies in the metropolitan area of New York for transport infrastructure construction.
ASTM is present in the technology sector through SINELEC, company that brings together its technological and systems expertise. Sinelec develops technological systems for electronic toll collection (ETC) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), helping road operators meet the challenges of future, more sustainable and connected mobility. In addition, Sinelec is involved in technologically advanced systems for infrastructure, civil and commercial construction.
ASTM is subject to Management and Coordination of Nuova Argo Finanziaria, a holding company controlled by Aurelia – Gavio Group and Ardian, a private investment company.
