Disability Agenda
ASTM has joined the Disability Agenda (Agenda della Disabilità), a project by the CRT Foundation and the Consulta for People in Difficulty, with the aim of promoting awareness of the issues of disability and fragility, while at the same time giving life to concrete initiatives that promote inclusiveness.
As part of its Sustainability initiatives, the ASTM Group shares and supports the values of the Agenda, confirming its commitment to develop its people.

Inclusive Reception
ASTM Group, in collaboration with CPD – Consulta per le Persone in Difficoltà (Council for People with Difficulties), and within the broader framework of the Disability Agenda, has launched an awareness-raising campaign aimed at improving the accessibility and quality of reception in the service areas of its Italian motorways.
The resulting recommendations are available (italian only) to inspire improvement proposals both for the services currently offered on the motorway network and for those to be assigned through future tender procedures.
Women’s Empowerment Principles
ASTM subscribed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), promoted by the United Nations Global Compact to guide companies towards gender parity in employment, on the market and in the community.
CEO Guide for Human Rights
ASTM CEO Umberto Tosoni has signed the Italian version of the CEO Guide for Human Rights of the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development).
