25 January 2024 ASTM strengthens recruiting and talent enhancement activities: Investor Program with Politecnico di Milano to start
ASTM has launched a partnership with the Politecnico di Milano University, one of the main Italian institutions dedicated to education in science and technology, with the aim of promoting recruitment and talent-enhancement activities. The partnership, which is dedicated to companies intending to position themselves amongst the Politecnico di Milano’s top employer rankings, will run for 12 months and will be developed through meetings, consulting, and internships opportunities.
With more than 17,000 employees and collaborators worldwide, ASTM stands out for its transparent hiring policies and a stimulating and inclusive working environment, with more than 95% of employees on permanent contracts and about 30% female workforce. The People-side focus is also clear from the many initiatives aimed at enhancing human capital and training personnel, with more than 250,000 total hours of training for employees and collaborators provided, more than 50% of which focused on health and safety issues.
