ASTM’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approved the Annual Report 2023 and appointed the new Board of Directors the Consolidated Non-Financial Statement for 2023.

The meeting confirmed Mr. Angelino Alfano as Chairman and Dr. Franco Moscetti as Vice Chairman.

The new Board, which met at the end of the Shareholders’ Meeting, confirmed Eng. Umberto Tosoni as CEO of the Company.

Below is the new 9-member Board of Directors, which will remain in office for three fiscal years, that is, until the approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2026:
